Hi there! I’m Katie.
Founder of the Feel-Good Nook, integrative dietitian, and yoga and meditation teacher. Through life experiences, personal struggles with food, body image, mental and physical health, and self worth, I have learned time and time again that the key to freedom and feeling good is turning inward. By using the breath, the body, the mind, nutrition, and the act of reconnecting to ourselves, we can tend to what is at the root that is causing us problems and truly heal ourselves. We support ourselves in evolving, in coming back home to our truth, in truly feeling good. Creating the Feel-Good Nook is my way to help you embody the tools you need to heal at the root and come back home to yourself so you can find freedom and experience how good it feels to truly feel good.

1:1 Integrative Health and Wellness Counseling
Using aligned functional nutrition therapy, mindfulness practices, intuitive eating concepts, breath and body work, mental wellness techniques, feel-good habit implementation, and positive self and body image work, we will create a personalized treatment plan for you that aims to treat at the root of your presenting struggles to promote true, long-lasting healing and well-being.
Each 45 minute session, we use a compassion-based therapeutic approach to meet you where you are, with what you have and work on implementing the treatment plan to achieve your desire to improve your health and well-being and truly feel good!
We work with eating disorders/disordered eating (all DSM-5 diagnoses), poor relationship with food, poor body image, PCOS, hormonal imbalances, fertility struggles, chronic stress, depression, anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, general health concerns, and anyone who desires to find healing and well-being through improving their health of body, mind, emotions, and soul self.
Services may be 100% covered by your insurance!
We are currently in network with CareFirst BCBS, Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare. Our self pay rate is $111 per session and we will happily provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
